| Engineering Technician (Electrical) |
$20-25/hr. |
|
|
Job Purpose:
With minimum supervision, provides technical support to Engineering and Operations by assembling, testing, and troubleshooting current and prototype designs.
Essential Functions:
1. Assembles prototype circuits and test fixtures for engineers.
2. Uses various types of meters and test equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair medium complexity electronic circuits.
3. Designs and tests small electronic circuits.
4. Performs on-site specific application installations.
5. Provides training in assembly and testing procedures, as required.
6. Assists in troubleshooting and determining root cause of product failure on the production line. Revises assembly processes, if required.
7. Compiles and creates documentation for products, testing procedures, and installation instructions.
8. Maintains an accurate record of sample products brought into the department for evaluation.
9. Sends out measurement instruments for calibration, as needed.
10. Maintains all aspects of work place organization.
11. Maintains equipment in accordance with documented procedures.
12. Performs other job tasks as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications Guidelines
Experience/Training/Education:
Required: Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent, and 4 years experience in development of prototypes and production processes, and use of test and measuring equipment. |

The production duties will consist of:
Scheduling carriers for shipping
Inventory control analysis
Production entry
Knowledge of production planning
Purchasing raw materials
The accounting side will consist of:
Cost Accounting
**Must have experience in a manufacturing environment**
Knowledge of Syspro is a major plus or any other type of ERP or MRP software.
Degree in Accounting is mandatory.

| Operations Engineer/Plant Manager |
$75-100K |

Growing Ontario, CA, plastic extrusion plant looking for Ops Engineer/Production Manager to be groomed into a Plant Manager.
Must have at least 3 years experience as an Ops Engineer or Production Manager
**************Must have an Engineering Degree*********************
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment with plastic extrusion.
Experience with WPC (Wood Polymer Composites) is HIGHLY DESIRED. Other types of extrusion will be considered.
Must have experience creating and implementing Assembly, Quality Control, Distribution, Safety, SOPs and Production
Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus but not a must
Need experience working with/budgets, production reports, lean manufacturing practices, scheduling and employee management. Need to be comfortable working in the warehouse and a corporate environment.
Pay $75-100K + possible bonus program
